You can submit a return request for a product if:

Eligibility of Return
In order for the product to eligible for return, make sure the product is your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original unbroken packaging, including any tags attached. Do not open the product original packaging if you realized it is a wrong product, damaged, different from description or picture displayed, or if you suspect it to be a counterfeit.
Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return process by contacting our customer service and providing them with the order number and details within 10-days from the time the product has been delivered to you.
Return Shipping

Refund Processing

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, no items will be accepted to be exchanged if they do not contain any issues.
